1. What can I donate?
We’d love all your good quality clean adults’ and children’s clothing, as well as pairs of shoes. Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear are welcome, along with accessories like handbags and belts. We also collect bed linen, sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, curtains, towels, and soft toys. Additionally, perfumes, toiletries, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and small bric-a-brac items are appreciated.
2. What can’t I donate?
Please don’t include stained or damaged clothing. We’re also not able to take duvets, pillows, cushions, books, DVDs, CDs, video games, coat hangers, lampshades, roller blinds, carpets, rugs, plastic toys, board games, puzzles, furniture, mattresses, large electrical items, or large bric-a-brac items.
3. Do I need to wash clothes before donating them?
As the clothing will be heading to a new home, it would be really helpful if you could wash it.
4. I’m not going to be at home on my collection date. Is that okay?
Of course! Simply leave your bag outside your door or in a safe place and we’ll pick it up. Just make sure you let us know where in the comment box when you book your collection.
5. Can I bring my donation to your warehouse?
